The Free Leonard Peltier Campaign reaches Denver court this week
Oral Arguments for the Appeal on Leonard Peltier's 1999 Habeas Corpus Petition begin September 19, 2003.
Native American political prisoner, writer and activist, Leonard Peltier was wrongfully convicted of killing FBI agents who trespassed onto his reservation in 1975 and has been in prison ever since.
Leonard's appeal will be heard in Denver Friday Sept. 19th. There is a huge opportunity to free him, since this is the first time the case has moved out of the jurisdiction of the court that convicted him in the first place.
Please plan to join us in Denver, CO, to show your support for Leonard Peltier.
