This film special premiered on SABC Africa during the United Nations World Summit September 1, 2002.  "America's Last Frontier" screened at the National Congress of American Indians conference, San Diego, CA November 13, 2002, and during the United Nations Indigenous Peoples draft declaration on human rights in Geneva, December 4,2002.
